We offer 7-day return/replacement for faulty products.

1. Solar panels, inverters, batteries: 7 days replacement warranty if faulty on arrival
2. Gadgets & phones: 7 days return if not working or different from description
3. Product must be unused and in original packaging with receipt

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping cost for returns is covered by customer unless item is faulty.
